Sanka Talent Employer Posting Terms
Effective: October 26, 2026
Provider: Sanka Inc. (株式会社サンカ), a company organized under the laws of Japan, 1-3-2 Toyosu, Koto-ku, Tokyo, Japan ("Sanka," "we," "us")
1. These terms
- These terms apply when an employer ("you") lists a job on Sanka Talent ("Talent"):
- by submitting it on Talent's free job form ("direct job"); or
- by turning on "Publish to Sanka Talent" for a job in its Sanka Flow workspace ("Flow job").
- The person who submits a direct job, or who first turns on publishing in a Flow workspace, accepts these terms on the employer's behalf and confirms that they are authorised to do so.
- Your use of a Sanka Flow workspace is governed by the Sanka Terms of Service. For jobs listed on Talent, these terms also apply, and they prevail over the Sanka Terms of Service if the two conflict.
- Jobs that Sanka lists from an employer's careers page without a request are covered by the Listing Policy, not by these terms, until the employer posts or publishes a job itself.
- Your version. We record which version of these terms you accepted, and when. You can ask
us for a copy of that version at any time at
hey@sanka.com.
2. Talent is free
- Listing, publishing, editing, renewing and removing jobs on Talent are free. Sanka charges no fee per job, per application or per hire, and no cancellation or other charge of any kind.
- Sanka never charges job seekers.
- An employer that has no Sanka Flow workspace can use one on the Sanka Flow Free plan at no charge. Job postings are unlimited on every Sanka Flow plan and do not count toward the plan's record limit. You do not need any paid Sanka Flow plan or feature to list jobs on Talent. Paid Sanka Flow plans, for example for more users, are offered separately under Sanka Flow's pricing and the Sanka Terms of Service.
- If Sanka ever offers a paid Talent option, such as featured placement, we will give you its price, the conditions under which you would be charged, and how to cancel, in writing or by e-mail, before you agree to it. Nothing in that option will apply to you unless you sign up for it separately.
3. What you may post
- End-company IT roles only. The job must be a role in your own IT organisation (for example IT leadership, enterprise applications, cloud and infrastructure, data and AI, cybersecurity, 社内SE or 情報システム部門), and you must be the company that will employ the person.
- Not accepted. Jobs posted by or for system integrators (SIer), SES or IT outsourcing firms, consultancies, staffing or dispatch agencies, or recruitment agencies; roles that place the person at a client's site; jobs that ask applicants for any payment; and freelance or independent-contractor engagements.
- Authority. You may post only for an employer you work for and are authorised to recruit for, using your work e-mail address at that employer.
- A real, open job. The job must exist and be open when you post it. You must tell us at once when it is filled, closed or changed, or change or close it in Sanka Flow.
- Accurate and lawful. The job must be accurate and not misleading, and must comply with
the law of each place where it can be performed, including:
- laws against discrimination in recruitment; the job must not exclude or prefer applicants by sex, age, race, nationality, citizenship, religion, disability or another protected characteristic except where the law allows it;
- in Japan, the duty to state the duties, pay, working hours and other working conditions (Employment Security Act Article 5-3). You may include these in the job or on your apply page; and
- in the United States, pay transparency laws.
- Pay range in the United States. A job that can be performed in the United States, including a remote job open to people living there, must state the good-faith minimum and maximum pay you expect to offer, and any other pay information the law of that place requires.
- Your own apply page. The apply link must go to your own careers page, applicant tracking system or recruiting e-mail address. It must not ask applicants to pay or to sign up for a third party's service.
- No other content. Do not include personal information about anyone other than a business contact for the job, content you do not have the right to publish, or links to malware or phishing pages.
4. Review and publication
- Sanka reviews every direct job before it is published, and may ask you questions. We aim to finish review within two business days.
- Sanka may decline to publish a job, without having to give reasons, including when it does not meet section 3, when we cannot confirm that you work for the employer, or when it looks false, misleading or unlawful.
- Checking who you are. We send a one-time code to your work e-mail address. If its domain does not match the employer's website, we review the job manually and may ask the employer, through its published contact details, whether you are authorised to post for it. To do this we tell the employer your name, role and work e-mail address.
- What we may change. We may assign a category, skills and tags (including tags for IT change such as system migrations), and fix layout and formatting. We do not change the title, duties, pay, location or conditions without your agreement.
5. What Sanka publishes
- On Talent. The job page at
jobs.sanka.com(under/ja/for a job in Japanese) with your full description, the job in Talent's lists and search, and your employer page (your name, logo, industry, headquarters, careers page link and open roles). Each job shows its source ("Posted by employer" or "Posted by employer via Sanka Flow"), the date it was posted, and "Verified N days ago". - Search engines. We send your job's details to search engines as JobPosting structured data and sitemaps, so they can show it in their job search features.
- Sanka promotion. We may include your job, with your name and logo, on Talent's home page, in the "Today's jobs" section of Sanka CIO Daily (Sanka's e-mail newsletter), and in Sanka's social media posts about jobs on Talent.
- Your licence to Sanka. You grant Sanka a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, display, format and distribute the job, and your name and logo, for the uses in this section. The licence lasts while the job is listed and for the 90 days its expired page stays up (section 6). After that it continues only for backups and the records we must keep.
- Statistics and sales signals. Sanka may use your jobs:
- in statistics that combine many employers' jobs (for example, counts by category, country or type of IT change) and do not name you, including on Sanka Research; and
- inside Sanka, to tell Sanka's sales team that your company is hiring for a role related to a system migration or other IT change. This is company-level information. It does not allow Sanka to send product e-mail to the person who submitted the job unless that person opted in (see the Sanka Talent Privacy Notice).
- Sanka does not sell your jobs or the information you give us.
6. Keeping jobs current
- Once a day we check that each direct job's apply link still works. A job that fails the check twice in a row expires. Flow jobs follow the job in Sanka Flow.
- A job also expires on its closing date, if you gave one.
- An expired job's page says that the role is no longer accepting applications for 90 days and is then removed. When the job expires, we remove it from Talent's lists and our sitemap and remove its search-engine job markup.
7. Changes and removal
- Direct jobs. E-mail
hey@sanka.comfrom the work address you verified, or use the "Report this job" link on the job page. We make a requested correction, or stop showing the job, within one business day. A business day is a weekday other than a public holiday in Japan or 29 December to 3 January, in Japan time. If a correction changes the substance of the job, we may review it again first; until then we either keep the earlier version or stop showing the job, as you choose. - Flow jobs. Edit or close the job in Sanka Flow, or turn off "Publish to Sanka Talent"; Talent follows within minutes.
- You may remove any job at any time, for any reason.
8. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content of your jobs and for your recruitment: your apply page, how you handle applicants and their personal information, selection, offers and employment, and compliance with the laws that apply to them.
- Sanka is not a party to any application or employment relationship. Sanka does not introduce, recommend, screen or select candidates, does not receive applications, and does not guarantee that a job will receive applications or be filled.
- If a third party makes a claim against Sanka because a job you listed broke section 3, you will compensate Sanka for the resulting loss, to the extent the claim arises from your breach.
9. Removal and suspension by Sanka
- Sanka may stop showing a job, or stop accepting jobs from you, if:
- it does not meet these terms or the Listing Policy;
- a report about it is being checked (Listing Policy section 6);
- we suspect impersonation, fraud or a security problem;
- the law, a court or an authority requires it; or
- Sanka changes or ends Talent.
- Where practicable we tell the submitter, or the workspace for a Flow job, before or promptly after we act.
10. No warranties and limitation of liability
- Talent is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available". Sanka does not warrant that Talent will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that search engines will show your jobs.
- Except where caused by Sanka's intent or gross negligence, Sanka is liable only for ordinary and direct damage you actually incur in connection with Talent, up to JPY 10,000.
11. Personal information
- The Sanka Talent Privacy Notice explains how Sanka handles the information of people who submit jobs.
- Sanka receives no applicant information through Talent. Applicants apply on your own page, and you handle their personal information as your own.
12. Ending
- You may stop using Talent at any time by removing your jobs or turning off publishing in Sanka Flow.
- Sanka may end Talent, or these terms, on at least 30 days' notice where practicable.
- Sections 5.4 (for its remaining period), 5.5, 8, 10 and 13 survive the end of these terms.
13. Changes, governing law and language
- Sanka may change these terms where the change is in the general interest of employers or is reasonable in light of the purpose of these terms. We will publish the new version and its effective date, and e-mail submitters with listed jobs and the workspaces that publish to Talent, at least 14 days before it takes effect. A change that adds any fee never applies to you without your separate agreement (section 2.4).
- These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
- These terms are written in English as the governing text. The Japanese version is a translation for convenience.
